You sent the wrong item...

Whoops! It may happen. Packaging robots can get distracted or the warehouse gremlins are creating mischief again. If the item you receive isn't exactly as you ordered we will fix it! Just send us a note at info@sci-fi-stuff.com or via our contact page.

Please return the incorrect item and we will ship out the right one lickety-split! No worries, return postage will be refunded to you.

Clothing Exchanges

Whether you've indulged in one too many cases of Dr Pepper or lost weight playing DDR for ten hours a day, sometimes you may order the wrong size. If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, you can! Pack your unwashed/unworn shirt carefully and send it back to us along with a note indicating the shirt you would rather have. Buyers must pay return postage for clothing exchanges.

Refunds

Maybe you decide the cool sci-fi item you ordered isn't for you. It happens. After purchasing you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Please include all original packaging and ship the product back to us. Sorry, refunded merchandise is not eligible for free return shipping.
